    Warranty

    We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that you can claim under the warranty. It means that an article must be in good condition and must function properly in normal use. If you receive an item where this is not the case, we will offer you a suitable solution as quickly as possible. In legal terms, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of having detected the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair, replacement or refund free of charge.

    In addition to the statutory warranty, the manufacturer's warranty applies to certain items. A manufacturer's warranty is an extra guarantee given by the importer or manufacturer. The manufacturer or importer can set conditions for this warranty. The warranty duration is also dependent on the manufacturer. More information about the manufacturer's warranty can be found in the documentation of your product.

    It is possible that a defect is not covered by the warranty. In that case, we will discuss the repair or replacement costs with you before we proceed to action.

    Complaints

    It can always happen that something does not go as planned. We advise you to first notify us by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling +3150-2053300. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/ . Since15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet under consideration elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.

    Although we make every effort to deliver every order neat, complete and on time, it can happen that something is wrong with your order. We ask you to report this as soon as possible after receipt to our customer service. We ensure that you receive the desired product in good condition as soon as possible. We will of course reimburse any costs incurred, for example for a return shipment.
