The Telos XP50 is the latest thermal imaging camera from Pulsar and offers numerous improvements. The thermal imager has a high thermal sensitivity (<18 mK NETD) and upgradeable hardware. This allows the Telos XP50 to excel in challenging weather conditions, such as high humidity, rain, fog or cold mornings.
This thermal imaging camera is equipped with a thermal sensor with a resolution of 640x480 (17 µm), resulting in superior image quality. The high frame rate even makes it possible to observe fast-moving objects, such as bats. With this camera you can detect bats up to a distance of 35 meters. In addition, the large detection distance of 1800 meters makes it possible to track objects (1.8m high) at a great distance. Smooth-operating digital zoom and focus rings allow users to adjust magnification with one hand, ranging from 2.5x to 10x.
The Telos XP50 offers 8 different thermal color palettes and has the ability to record video in 1024x768 resolution, which can then be stored on the 32 GB internal memory. In addition, the thermal imaging camera has a WiFi module that enables live streaming from the camera.
What makes this thermal imaging camera truly unique is the ability to add various accessories or upgrades. In the future you can upgrade the optics, sensor, display and even add a laser rangefinder to further expand the functionality.
