The HI98594 is a portable and waterproof multiparameter instrument and can measure up to 14 different parameters. The parameter includes a multisensor probe. This probe with advanced performance and resistance is microprocessor controlled and measures important parameters such as pH/ORP, EC/turbidity, DO and temperature. The probe sends measured values digitally to the meter. This allows the data to be viewed and stored. This data can be transferred to the free Hanna app via Bluetooth. The HI98594 multiparameter is an ideal instrument for any sector: surface water, seawater, wastewater, education & research, groundwater, aquaculture, construction and environmental remediation.
The multiparameter measures the following 14 parameters: pH - mV - ORP - Dissolved Oxygen (ppm) - Dissolved Oxygen (%) - EC - EC (absolute) - Resistivity - TDS - Salinity - Seawater σ - Turbidity - Atmospheric Pressure - Temperature. Of these 14 parameters, the HI98594 can display 1 to 12 parameters simultaneously, selectable by the user.
The HI98594 is fully equipped with a rugged carrying case and all accesoires for transport and field use. It has the following characteristics:

The HI98594 is designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, as it can measure 14 parameters and is ideal for field measurements. The meter can also measure turbidity and meets the IP67 standard (30 minutes immersion at a depth of 1 m). The multi-sensor probe is fully sealed against water and dust and meets the IP68 standard.
In terms of data logging, there is automatic storage of up to 50,000 samples at intervals (1 second to 3 hours). Data can be logged automatically or manually to save measurement data. The HI98594 can log a single data point or log continuously at selected intervals. All logs have the option to save data to a named batch and add comments. Data is logged and can be accessed as a .csv file via computer. The USB Type-C port allows for easy data transfer to flash drive, PC or other compatible devices. Data transfer can also be done using the Bluetooth connection and the Hanna Lab app. The app also provides automatic firmware updates for the meter, if available.
The HI98594 meter has a Quick-DIN for waterproof connection. The meter can connect to the multiparameter probe through a single waterproof connector. This allows the probe to be attached and removed quickly and easily. The meter automatically detects the probe when it is connected.
In terms of power supply, the instrument works with a built-in lithium-ion battery. This internal lithium-ion battery can be charged via the USB Type C port. When the rechargeable battery is almost empty, the meter automatically switches to the 1.5 AA Alkaline batteries.

The standard version on our site is the HI98594 with 4 meters of cable. If you are more interested in a cable of 10, 20, 30, 40 or meters, please send an email to sales@veldshop.nl. These other cable lengths have a price on request. The same applies to the electrode holders.
As a variant, there is the option to order 3 sensor separately. These are the EC sensor (HI7698594-3), the Optical OPDO sensor (HI7698594-5) and EC/turbidity sensor (HI7698594-4).
