The Fenix LR60R rechargeable searchlight is a very bright, rechargeable LED light with an output of 21,000 lumens! Not only is this spotlight incredibly bright, it also reaches distances of up to 1085 metres. This makes the Fenix LR60R the ultimate tool for recon missions and search and rescue operations.
Different light modes of the Fenix LR60R
Turn the mechanical rotary switch clockwise to select Spotlight mode. The spotlight mode has 4 settings: eco, low, medium and high. Turn it counter-clockwise to select Floodlight mode. The Floodlight mode has three settings: medium, high and turbo. Turn the switch all the way to the left to select the combined Turbo mode for the full 21000 lumens. Turn the switch all the way to the right to select SOS mode or Strobe mode.
Light modes for the Fenix LR60R
The Fenix LR80R LR60R is enhanced with different light modes with the following amount of lumens:
Spotlight mode:
- Eco: 50 lumens, burn time of approx. 113 hours
- Low: 300 lumens, burn time of approx. 24 hours and 20 minutes
- Medium: 1000 lumens, burn time of approx. 10 hours and 40 minutes
- High: 3000 lumens, burn time of approx. 3 hours and 45 minutes
- Turbo: 21000 lumens, burn time of approx. 1 hour and 50 minutes
Floodlight mode:
- Medium: 2000 lumens, burn time of approx. 5 hours and 25 minutes
- High: 6000 lumens, burn time of approx 3 hours
- Turbo: 15000 lumens, burn time of approx. 2 hours and 10 minutes
- Strobe: 9000 lumens
- SOS: 300 lumens
*If you use the high mode for a longer period of time the light will start to heat up. When the light reaches a temperature of 65 degrees Celsius or higher, the light will automatically drop the amount of lumen to lower the temperature. As soon as the temperature drops, you can switch back to turbo mode.
Fenix LR60R: display and charging
An OLED display shows the mode you're currently using and the remaining battery life. Charge the replaceable ARB-L56-4000 14.4v/4000mAh battery pack in just 1.5 hours via the 45W fast-charging USB Type-C port. Or use the discharge function to charge other devices.
Fenix LR60R: intelligent sensor
This powerhouse is enhanced with an intelligent sensor. It will automatically adjust its output when you light up an object located less than 6 cm away for longer than 1.2 seconds. This prevents potential hazards or burns from high temperatures. If the torch has been moved away from the object for longer than 1.2 seconds, torch automatically remembers the previously used brightness level. This sensor functino can also be turned off. To do so, turn the switch 3 times in 3 seconds from off mode, to eco mode and back to off mode. The display shows whether the sensor mode is switched on or off.
The torch can get very hot when used on a high light mode for an extended period of time. When the torch reaches a temperature of 60°C/140°F or higher, the torch will automatically switch to a lower mode to reduce the temperature. When the temperature drops below 60°C, the torch returns to the preset light mode.
You can remove the handle to make sure you can use the Fenix LR60R in many different situations. In addition, the light can handle a fall from up to 1 metre and is protected against water and dust according to the IP68 norm. The flashlight has a tripod attachment port and shoulder strap for hands-free use.
